This Annie Sloan with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Decoupage Paper shows an elaborate engraved bedding plan, from Leonard Meager (c.1624-c.1704) “The English Gardner”. London: 1688. Reproduced here in Olive (available as Chalk Paint® and Annie Sloan Wall Paint) this intricate floral pattern is the quintessential choice for English country homes. How to use.:

prepare your surface, assuring it is clean and dry.
Then apply an even coat of Transfer or Decoupage médium. We recommend
use of Artisan Enhancements Transfer gel! Although some prefer Annie Sloan Lacquer

Apply decopauge medium with a nice synthetic brush careful to have stirred without making bubbles. Gently lay your decoupage piece to your surface and smooth out any bubbles allow to dry and apply your sealer of choice.

here are two wonderful brush application options
by Annie Sloan Synthetic Flat BrusH or Artisan Enhancements Flat Brush

some prefer to use foam Rollers and others prefer a brayer to apply or smooth their project!
